There are currently 55 partners behind ELVIS who jointly market nationwide services and storage capacities and invest in projects together. The goal is to strengthen the growing segment of contract logistics. There is a lot of potential for the ELVIS partners, which the individuals of a small and medium-sized freight forwarding company cannot exploit. Furthermore, the mutual competition makes the full utilization of the own storage space difficult.

All in all, the ELVIS members have more than 3 million square meters of storage and logistics space, a broad range of expert knowledge and a comprehensive range of contract logistics services. While it is sometimes difficult for the individual forwarder to utilize its capacities or expand its portfolio, it can be achieved in the community: avoiding vacancy, offering additional storage space in its own circle of customers, offering new services and attracting more customers - even for major projects.

By appearing as one unit on the market, the partners offer excellent logistics solutions. The importance of this segment in the industry is increasing: customers still appreciate a "complete package" in the form of transport and storage. Storage areas are in demand, with requests not being regionally bound. Often, national, even international storage areas are requested or special conditions must be fulfilled which the individual partner cannot offer. With ELVIS, the partners can draw on the knowledge and capacities of the partners and quickly tender solutions to their own customers.
